Easy tagine: Add the garlic & lemon tagine paste to tagines or use as a marinade for fish or meat. Add a couple of spoonfuls of preserved lemon paste for a delicious lemony flavour and some freshly made harissa for heat. Can be used to stir in to couscous for an authentic flavour.
