An authentic Chinese black bean sauce made using fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh coriander, fresh parsley, freshly ground Chinese spices and Chinese fermented black beans with a touch of soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. This creates a delicious blend of Chinese flavours that when mixed with meat can be used to make a variety of healthy, delicious dishes in just a few minutes.
